However, if we compare vacation rental condos, this entire group can be accommodated in 2 spacious-rooms condo which won’t cost more than $95 per night in normal days and maximum $150 in peak season days like New Year, Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, Eid, Holy etc. etc. thereby saving a lot money.

More convenience means more convenience. Actually the savvy marketers have built most condominiums in or near resort neighborhood which are within walking distances to main shopping centers, major restaurants and popular attractions like Disney World etc. So who would like to hire a room in a hotel which is located hours-drive from this entire hustle bustle? Would you?

Now it is the turn of more luxury. Once a friend of mine quoted the main difference between hotels and condos as “formal and informal”. And that is quite true because hotels are mostly built near airports or the suburbs of the town whereas condos are situated right in the middle of communities with all the community advantages like gymnasiums, clubhouses, movie theaters, gaming clubs, swimming pools, indoor gaming courts like tennis, basketball, volleyball, outdoor sports like soccer, hockey etc. Not only that today’s modern condos are quipped with all the ultra-modern amenities such as flat screen big TVs, play stations, DVD players, latest gaming devices, high speed wireless internet and sometimes an overseas phone service is also available. So what more do you want??....... What? You said beautiful girls!! Yes, you can carry them there more conveniently than in a hotel.
